OLIO SALUTARIS mg 500 is an Italian organic extra virgin olive oil with a high content of polyphenols, powerful natural anti-oxidants, and vitamin E, which contribute to the reduction of free radicals. This oil is obtained from selected olives, hand-picked and pressed according to an innovative vacuum extraction process, strictly cold, carried out in the Buonamici oil mill. Years of research have made it possible to transfer the wealth of natural antioxidants present in the fruit of the olive into ‘OLIO SALUTARIS mg 500’. This product is part of the Oleosalusistem project, created together with the University of Florence, Metropoli, TEM and the Region of Tuscany. The result is an organic extra virgin olive oil of high quality and extraordinary taste. In the daily diet, it is an effective tool for preventing and protecting blood lipids from oxidative stress. It is ideal in a correct diet of children and adults. Recommended dosage: 10/20 g per day, equivalent to 1/2 soup spoon.
